If you don't know what Clockwork is, well let's just say you're gonna learn today 😎. Run Like Clockwork is based on the book Clockwork: Design Your Business to Run Itself by Mike Michalowicz and it basically teaches small businesses to run their businesses more efficiently and effectively. I first joined the Clockwork community about 2 years ago, and it was one of the best decisions I could have made for my businesses.
Since joining Run Like Clockwork my business has definitely changed for the better, I no longer feel like my business is on life support. I've been able to create a team that understands the business and my vision for the future. Thanks to the Clockwork team I have been able to build better systems where I'm not needed 40 hours a week. My team has the power and tools to run the business without me.
I was able to take a four week vacation when my daughter was born in November of 2020 thanks to the systems Run Like Clockwork had helped me implement. I am forever grateful to them and my team for allowing me the opportunity to be present with my wife and daughter, especially now that I'm a full-time stay at home dad.
As we approach the holidays and another year, I can really take this time to reflect on how far I have come and how much I still want to grow.
I highly, highly recommend Run Like Clockwork and their methodology to any small business owners and non-profits. We can all learn to run our businesses better to get more time and freedom back.
